HOVA, Jiggaman, Iceberg Slim. Whatever name you may know him by, Jay-Z has been at the top of the rap game for over a decade now, and when he hits the road, its big news. Known as one of the best live shows in the rap/hip-hop world, Jay-Z's catalogue of greatest hits is enough to fill a lengthy set and keep show-goers "bouncin'" the whole time. Personally, Jay-Z is my favorite rapper because he appeals to just about everyone. Whether it be connecting with the more "underground" rap fans by having the Roots as his backup band for his "MTV UnPlugged" special, or throwing a curveball at a mass of Phish fans by sitting in with the band in Brooklyn during their 2004 summer tour. Jay-Z has done it all in his career and is out on the road once again this fall. Prices may be steep, but HOVA is hitting many stops along the way, allowing any and all to join the party.
